The Prom

Dan's parents retained me to photograph a party they had before going out to their Prom at Brock house that evening. It was great to see them all dressed up in suits and gowns! Ladies and Gentlemen anticipating a fun night... and finally graduating in a couple of months. Congratulations, you all looked great!

What a photogenic couple... and a pleasure to work with!

I'm photographing Ciara and Matthew's wedding at the Capilano Golf and Country Club in November. They booked me through Angela Girard, principal planner at the awesome Reflection Events.

We had a great time talking and laughing our way through Yaletown, starting at the Roundhouse on a beautiful sunny afternoon. We finished our shoot a few blocks from Ganache Patisserie and they went off to a cake tasting. Nice dessert for the "models", after all that hard work! Regina and I had their chocolate banana cake for our wedding a few years ago. I wonder what flavour they chose? ;-D

Annette and Dan

On a rainy day in London...

We met at their charming home in London, Ontario to make some art for their engagement shoot.

Dan and Annette are obviously in Love and not even the rain could cool them down!
The first photos were taken in a tropical conservatory. Then we went downtown for some shots by the river and then later at a castle.

They were troupers, laughing away the whole time... and such a joy to be around.
In August this year, I'll be photographing their wedding in Victoria. They have a lovely romantic wedding planned; I'm so glad to be a part of it. Congratulations, Annette and Dan!
